Nonprofits are operating in a moment of funding uncertainty, staffing shifts, and rising accountability demands. Many leaders are carrying strategy, follow-up, and continuity with people alone. That approach does not hold during transition.
This practical two-hour workshop shows nonprofit leaders how to use AI and integrated systems to build capacity that lasts. We will focus on one core concept, the Requests and Follow-Up Capacity Flow. Participants will learn how work enters the organization, how decisions get stuck, and how follow-up becomes invisible. We'll then look at how to stabilize that flow so the mission does not rely on heroic effort. You will leave with clear examples of workflow design, a simple mapping method, and a realistic way to apply AI safely and ethically, even if you are not tech-savvy. The goal is steadiness, clarity, and sustainability without burnout.
This class is in person and will not be recorded.
