For more than 30 years, Right Moves For Youth has supported students in grades 6–12 across Charlotte, helping them make the most of their education, relationships, and opportunities. The Executive Director of The Mountain Retreat and Learning Center is responsible for fostering a culture of compassion, growth, and excellence; cultivating staff and Mountain members to lead and grow, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and meeting strategic, financial, and operational objectives. This position is responsible for managing staff teams, including Guest Services, Facilities, Finance, Advancement/Development, Many Hands Peace Farm, Youth and Adult Programs, Sales and Marketing, Information Technology, Kitchen, and Housekeeping.
About Larry King’s Clubhouse
Larry King’s Clubhouse (the “Center”) provides high‑quality, drop‑in childcare for children ages six weeks to 12 years whose families are conducting business at the courthouse.
