    The Policy Analyst serves as the organization’s policy expert in Early Childhood Education. The Policy Analyst will also work closely with team members in Community Engagement and Communications to ensure that the voices of early childhood teachers & providers, and parents of young children, are a central part of policy decision-making in our state.

  • Terms: This is a full-time position. This position will require flexibility in the candidate’s schedule since some events, and meetings, will take place in the evenings during the week and during the weekend. This position will require some overnight travel within North and South Carolina. Site visits to partner organizations will occur throughout North Carolina generally taking place in the summer months when Into the Fields is operating. Must have legal authorization to work in the United States. Must have a valid driver’s license.

    Status: Full-Time

    Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:30am- 5:30pm, Tuesday- 8:30am-8:30pm (program night),   Friday-8:30am-2:30pm.  Occasional late night on Thursdays depending on program needs.  1 work from home day per week. Flexibility with schedule is available with Direct supervisor approval.
