Salem Pregnancy is a FREE Medical Clinic in Winston Salem, NC serving women facing an unplanned pregnancy, and supporting families through free resources and education. We provide pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, options counseling, std testing and treatment, mental health counseling, post abortion resources, parenting classes, life coaching programs, community shopping programs, and referrals for all necessary services for maternal health/etc. All services are provided free of charge to anyone.
